When to talk what to talk whom to talk
Always it is good to know when to talk. Only when you know the subject in full detail, you should talk about it. Let us assume, you know a subject. It is good to know if the listener is interested in the subject or has knowledge in the field. If he is not, the effort in sharing your knowledge is in vain.

Transition
Transition from high school to college and college to work is a tough one for many people. My personal experience and from the experiences of other people, I found that some people brought up under the parents cannot handle things on their own. On the other hand, people who have been in boarding school or at the least studied college staying in a hostel were able to handle transitions very successfully. They are more independent and bold. They have already learned the skill of decision making. Also, schools in some parts of the world are selfish in the way, they are all result-oriented. The grades or marks are all just a piece of paper for being examined once. Once a journalist asked Einstein, why is college education necessary when all the information learnt is available in the books. Einstein replied saying that college is a place to train your mind. Indeed, colleges and schools are places which transform a dependent person to an independent expert. Most schools should focus on developing/ shaping the personality of the student instead of making him to store more information. Knowledge /Information is available in the books/computer. The key thing is to learn to use it. Also, the courage to carry out difficult and risky projects is vital.
